Southampton - 6pm on Friday 6 June 2008
Brighton & Hove - 11am on Saturday 7 June 2008
York - 4pm on Saturday 7 June 2008
Manchester - 6pm on Friday 13 June 2008
London - 3pm on Saturday 14 June 2008
Rides that haven't declared their assembly location/date/time Sheffield Edinburgh Cardiff
There is still some discussion about possibly holding rides in Cambridge, Belfast, Glasgow, and Oxford. Some express a hope that there will be a celebratory Bristol to Bath ride on Sunday 8 June 2008.
2007
York - 5pm on 8 June 2007 (65 riders on a 5 mile route)
Southampton - 6pm on 8 June 2007 (102 riders)
Manchester - 6pm on 8 June 2007 (50 riders)
Brighton - 10am on 9 June 2007 (220 riders on a 7 mile route)
London - 3pm on 9 June 2007 (1000 riders on the traditional 6 mile route)
- Note: Local police officially permitted nudity at each of the 2007 events. Now there have been 14 UK based WNBR events with a cumulative total of nearly 3,000 riders in 9 locations, and no arrests ever. At four events police required clothes (Edinburgh 2004, Brighton 2006, Manchester 2006, Bristol 2006).
2006
York - 5pm on 9 June 2006 (60 riders on a 5 mile route)
Manchester - 5pm on 9 June 2006 (30 riders). Police required some clothes.
Brighton - 10am on 10 June 2006 (160 riders on a 6 mile route). Police required some clothes.
London - 3pm on 10 June 2006 (800 riders on a 6 mile route)
Bristol - 14 October 2006 (17 riders on a spontaneous route for 1hr). Police required some clothes.
2005
London - 3pm on 10 June (250 riders on a 6 mile route) The first ride for which police consented to nudity in advance.
Bath - on 11 June (20 riders at the Wacky Races event for The Wheel Thing)
2004
Edinburgh - afternoon of 12 June (70 riders on a spontaneous route). Police required some clothing.
Sussex - on 12 June two brave riders made the smallest UK WNBR to date
London - 8pm on 12 June (58 riders on a negotiated spontaneous 2.5 mile route through Hyde Park)
