- Marquette 14 Jun 2008 (a ride was scheduled for this date but did not occur)
- Pretoria (Previous rides: 10 Jun 2006 and 12 Mar 2006)
- San Diego/Jacumba (Previous rides: 11 Jun 2005, 12 Jun 2004)
- Villa Grove/Orient Land Trust 10 Jun 2006 (a ride was scheduled for this date but it is uncertain if it occured)
