Ojai
List of rides > US > Ojai Green Greetings from Earth Friend Gen! We're bringing the Naked Truth to Ojai by celebrating the World Naked Bike Ride on the 4th of July! It's as 'bare as you dare", but since we're in Ventura County, we'll be providing stickers and a body painting booth to creatively cover our strategic spots (the local law recognizes covering our nipples and genitals as legal). This is a nonsexual family-friendly event and the amount of clothing you where is up to you. Where a robe like Jesus or Lady Liberty if you like! The intention of this event is to liberate and heal our inner child and return to naked original innocence and living in harmony with nature. So, let's celebrate the Real American Dream: Freedom, Diversity, and Sustainability. Everyone is invited, but please keep in mind that this is a family-friendly event. Please be aware that nudity is natural but the "wolves in sheep's clothing" relate to nudity in an unhealthy way. So, please be careful with whom you share your Naked Truth--bringing something to wear for after the ride is recommended--be as creative and earth-friendly as possible (also, you can wear as much clothing as you like throughout the ride--the most important thing to "wear" is a positive attitude!)--sew flowers to your bikini tops and wear grass skirts, etc. (I'll be wearing flower power pasties and a skirt made out of thin branches and leaves, then I'll change into an organic hemp outfit after the ride to represent conscious clothing and practical solutions.) We'll be meeting at 10 a.m. at the Rotary Community Park in Ojai (at the Y intersection). This ride is focused on celebration, not protest. So, let's focus on the positive! This is the perfect time to liberate yourselves with your friends and family! We're having a bicycle decorating party the night before and suggest you get together with your friends and family and do the same (please read the information and suggestions listed on the WNBR main site). The more the merrier! Genuinely, Earth Friend Gen
