History
For the early WNBRs in the Netherlands, the ride location used to change each year. This caused a single ride date per city, though later on returning to Arnhem for two more years as Wageningen-Arnhem. Amsterdam, in 2005 having hosted the second Dutch ride and —after already having been visualized as the steady location though because of a major environmental event in Utrecht having given in to a one year postponement— had from 2009 onward a series of ten annual WNBRs, and is since 2012 the country's only ride location.
