Welcome!

On Friday 8th and Saturday 9th June 2007, in cities around the world, people will be riding bikes naked to celebrate cycling and the human body. The ride demonstrates the vulnerability of cyclists on the road and is a protest against car culture.

Some northern hemisphere rides will be taking place on Friday 8 and Saturday 30 June 2007. See 2007 ride dates for more information. Spring 2008 ride dates in the southern hemisphere to be announced.

This wiki is supplementary to the official World Naked Bike Ride site.

On this site you'll find a list of rides around the world. Please sign up to one of these, or start your own! See the sections below for more information.

Ride coordinators can also edit pages using this site's democratic wiki system (using the 'edit' tab at the top of each page).

NOTE FOR JOURNALISTS: Press and media are advised to look at the ride contacts for individual rides. You will be able to find press contacts for many of the individual rides. Some rides even have a page for press enquiries (eg- the UK press enquiries page).
