History

Australia has participated in the World Naked Bike Ride since 2004. Check local ride location pages for further information.

Future

Organisers are planning rides for several cities in Australia. All the cities with media contacts have future rides planned. Where rides have not occurred or not occurred in the last 12 months, it is often the case that there is no one who has volunteered to organise the next ride in that location. People interested in participating or organising a WNBR in Australia should join the discussion group appropriate to their location (or the WNBR Australia Yahoo! group if none of the existing discussion groups are appropriate), try to make contact with others with similar views and demonstrate some initiative. It will happen if you help make it happen! Please refer to the Organizing a ride in Australia page for more information about starting or restarting a ride.

Publicity: flyers, posters, images etc
