Welsh translation page for Cardiff

Hi Aldapakoa. Wow! Thanks for your amazing work translating the Cardiff page into Welsh. We need more non-English translations on the wiki – it's currently very anglo-centric. In line with the MediaWiki multilingual draft standard though, I've set up a dedicated 'Cy:' namespace page for Cardiff, at Cy:Caerdydd, and moved your translated text there. This'll allow for two shorter pages with only English/Welsh text on each. Could you check this is OK, and remove the Welsh language text from the Cardiff page? I hope that makes sense.
