2009
There is a local Berkeley city statute prohibiting public nudity but the 2009 ride was just fine with the few police encountered seeming to only be observing our well-behaved bikers. The same can be said at other Berkeley events involving some nudity, such as the annual How Berkeley Can You Be? parade and the recent "Old Oak" protests.
