Misleading legal advice
The Sexual Offences Act 2003 (updated 8th July 2026) relates to indecent exposure only, ie sexual activity; NOT merely being naked in public, which is not illegal. Section 66 is under Part 1, which relates to sexual offences only. Being naked is not automatically sexual. Robin H (talk) 18:48, 9 July 2026 (UTC)
