Please Note
There is a local Berkeley city statute prohibiting public nudity but the 2009 ride was just fine with the few police encountered seeming to only be observing our well-behaved bikers. The same can be said at other Berkeley events involving some nudity, such as the annual "How Berkeley can you be" parade and the recent "Old Oak" protests. Berkeley residents are welcomed to enjoy the full extent of liberty- including a WNBR in San Francisco as well as their own WNBR the following Saturday. Why not do both?
