Since 1992 when a protestor appeared naked in the City Council chamber, anyone practicing nakedness in Berkeley is "subject to arrest", etc.. Nearby San Francisco however has _no_ pre-determined clothing minimums. Berkeley residents are again welcomed to come enjoy the full extent of liberty- including a regular WNBR- in San Francisco.
