The next World Naked Bike Ride in Halifax will be on Saturday 13 July 2024 at The Commons. There will be a bodypainting pre-party at noon. Artists will be on hand to body paint people! We will be departing at 2:00 pm for the naked bike ride.

The World Naked Biked - Halifax will start at The Commons on Saturday July 13th. Gathering and body painting start at Noon. Ride naked downtown from 2PM - 4PM. You bare what you dare, nudity is not mandatory.

The 2011 World Naked Bike Ride, Halifax edition, was held at Caplan's Bike Library. A bodypainting pre-party kicked off at noon in a hay-lined backyard whose comfort was tamed by DJ Dickout. The ride departed at 2pm. A mobile sound system as well as picturesque weather conditions led to jubilation for rider and unsuspecting bystander alike.
After the ride, the riders disembarked and participated in a bodypainting contest.

Location: Bus Stop Theatre
The 2010 World Naked Bike Ride in Halifax was organized by Tom MacDonald and several unnamed others and was held on Saturday 12 June 2010.
Participants gathered at the Bus Stop Theatre on Gottingen Street in Halifax. There was an indoor bodypainting pre-party with free food. Artists were on hand to bodypaint people!
We departed from the Bus Stop Theatre at 2:00 pm and had a wonderful time hooting, hollering, and generally confusing and delighting people as we passed by!

The 2009 ride was organized by Tom MacDonald and had about 20-30 participants. Two participants spontaneously stripped their clothes off as we passed and joined the demonstration.
