Improving the main WorldNakedBikeRide.org site

Some suggestions here made by D 15:05, 28 November 2006 (PST) and Nsayers
  • getting rid of the splash page
  • doing something with the form on the upper right
  • getting rid of separate high and low res introductions

  • (DONE) establishing a wiki page for discussing improvements on the main Web site
  • redoing the main WorldNakedBikeRide.org pages
    • redirecting much of the content to the Wiki
    • using the main site for a pictoral and media-rich introduction
    • using more art and pictures from the global events
    • improving navigation
    • updating flash ads
    • showcasing more local ride art

Improving the Wiki WNBR site

  • Transfer all past ride info over to Wiki site
  • figure out a secure way to backup the Wiki site
  • update media coverage pages
  • go through WNBR Yahoo! group posts and fish out information that should be updated on the wiki such as:
    • Event reports for local rides
    • media coverage
    • unique approaches to organizing
    • creative expression
