The "Photography Policy" has no legal standing. If you are in public, you are allowed to be photographed because you have no expectation of privacy. You can not enforce a physical boundary for photographers, and any attempt to physically touch a photographer qualifies as Battery under the law and can be prosecuted. Signe 01:10, 18 June 2010 (UTC)
