The ride will occur sometime on the weekend of Saturday the 14th of March 2009 (i.e. Friday 13th of March 2009, Saturday the 14th of March 2009 or Sunday the 15th of March 2009). The exact time and day on the weekend is yet to be decided. Brisbane and Byron Bay are within commuting distance of Nimbin so avoiding clashes in the scheduling of these 3 rides will allow keen participants to ride in all 3 of these places.

History
Nimbin has yet to have a WNBR.
Future
In July 2008 a Organiser volunteered to help make a WNBR happen in Nimbin for the weekend of Sat 14 and Sun 15 March 2009. The organiser has several associates who are interested in helping with organising. Initial formation of an organising team is underway as well as induction to the roles. People interested in participating or helping organise a WNBR in Broome should join the discussion group, try to make contact with others with similar views and demonstrate some initiative.
