Adding categories to ride location pages
All ride location pages (e.g.: Seattle) should have the following tag at top of their page text to be included in this category, with its 'Country=' named as that title on the List of rides, and only in case a line underneath it shows the name in some other language(s): put that line behind a separating '|':
