The year is not an insignificant detail.

I don't mean to be annoying by asking for the year, but I've been burned too many times assuming a Web site is up to date. Lots of Web sites haven't been updated for one or more years and the public can't tell whether it's up-to-date or not. The page says at the bottom when it was updated, but not which parts of that page were updated.

Thank you, Erik! That is true.

However, it shows disrespect to all the readers to expect them to go to all that trouble searching, and which some will not know how to do. Can you ask whoever originally posted the announcement henceforth to include the year and the day of the week in all event announcements, not just the month and date? Korky Day
