 Gathering (and getting psyched and arted up) will begin at 8pm and the ride kicks off at 9pm.  The Police will be on hand to block off the parade route and encourage civility and safe interactions between motorists and cyclists, and as always, have the authority to arrest anyone doing something stupid.  Don't drink and ride, don't urinate in public, and don't be lewd.
