 Comme d'habitude aux cyclonues bruxelloises, le grand public assez diversifié montrait sa surprise surtout par des sourires ou encouragements vocales, et très souvent des groupes de piétons ou des toutes terrasses des tavernes applaudissaient spontanément et avec enthousiasme. Ici et là, quelques fous rires donnaient un plus grand sourire aussi aux randonneurs.
-La vue d'une majorité de participants en nudité intégrale a apparemment frappé les compteurs des médias: Une vidéo Rtbf ininterrompue a montré moins de 180 cyclistes et passagers, habillés faiblement ou pas, quelques secondes après le départ et clairement, il n'y ajoutais aucun 120 en cours de route. Mais il est certain que la ballade joyeuse a été remarquée par tout le monde à proximité.
