Naked riders across the state!

Woah, that was some crazy fun! For those of you who are curious, he's a quick debrief!

After meeting up in Vic Square, we made off for the Secret HQ and got stripped down and painted up. I think I speak for everyone when I say, this was some serious, hardcore fun. Slogans from ranged from "I heart Cycling" to "C ME NOW?".

We headed through ALL Adelaide's most densely populated streets, ensuring plenty of exposure. This included some on the fly organizing, which ended in photographers waiting for us out the front of the Advertiser building.

We picked up a few extra troops along the way. Including for me, a personal highlight, a shirtless man on a HUGE unicycle. Wicked.

Just as we started heading home, grins on full blare, the fuzz drove by. This was... inevitable. So really it couldn't have been better timed and they were extremely respectful, treating us like peaceful protesters, not naked ruffians.

Once back at HQ, we re-clothed and a few of us went of to a nearby pub and grabbed a beer or two, just enjoying the high.
And that my friends, is the sum of all!

Issac Astill has volunteered to organise the 2011 Adelaide ride with the help of a small team of volunteers who have gathered in the [http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=5392824165&ref=ts WNBR Adelaide Facebook group] to plan and organise the 2011 WNBR in Adelaide.
Adelaide will hold a WNBR in 2011.

The ride details of the WNBR Adelaide 2011 are decided.
* The official WNBR Southern Hemisphere and Australia ride date is Saturday the 12th of March 2011. Adelaide will ride on that date.
* The assembly time for the ride is 11 am.
* The assembly location for the ride is Victoria Square/Tarndanyangga, King William Street, Adelaide.

The ride is `bare as you dare' --- we suggest body paint, but you are free to wear as much or as little as you want. Fancy dress, self-decoration and other attention-grabbers are all very much encouraged. '''Make sure your bike is reliable'''. There will be '''no''' back-up team. If your bike lets you down, you're out of the event ! Sorry. Consider getting the fancy puncture-resistant tyres; they're expensive, but might save you on the day. Don't just dig that old boneshaker out of the shed two days before the event and hope it will be alright. It won't. If you don't ride regularly, start now; get to know your machine so that you're not worrying about it during the ride.
