When will the details be listed? I live in Vancouver, but as I am travelling and will miss the WNBR at home, I'd like to do it in New York.&lt;br /&gt;

I found the above link for New York Penal Law on &amp;quot;Public lewdness&amp;quot; &amp;amp; &amp;quot;Exposure of a person&amp;quot;.  I am not an attorney so I can't vouch for the details, but it looks like the worst thing naked bike riding could produce is a &amp;quot;violation&amp;quot; (and sunburn, chafing and dehydration).  I don't know what kind of fine is involved, but at least it's not a criminal record.&lt;/div&gt;</summary>
