- upgrade MW core to 1.18.2
- upgrade user account creation captcha to re-captcha
- disable YouTubeTag extension
- install [EmbedVideo extension | http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:EmbedVideo]
- switch image processor from imagemagick to GD
