Moved from Nottingham to Brighton to live with the Beautiful people . 25 years in a job witch was perminant nights I thought If a don’t make a move now I’ll be here till I bite . I run at least 3 times a week it’s good for my mined and body try to eat healthily and cycle to work and back that’s 18 miles . I’m 53 in my head I’m 38 .
