A cycling advocate in the Kelowna area who has been a year-round commuter in the Okanagan for 7 years since moving away from the lower mainland (Vancouver). A supporter for education of all road-users and a current columnist on Castanet where he writes "Grind My Gears" on a bi-weekly basis to connect with readers about issues facing road-users.

Being certified as a road user by CANBIKE and in the process of getting certified as an instructor for others. Also a current board member of the Kelowna Area Cycling Coalition and past president of the same organization.
