The date of the ride is Saturday the 16th of March 2013 . Unfortunately, they did not register the ride with WNBR Australia or even inform WNBR Australia. You can view the discussion about organising the ride on Australian Cycling Forums website. The riders were encouraged to register their event for official recognition but did not. Some discussion also occurred on Perth Mountain Bike Club forum and Western Australian Mountain Biking, Bike Trials and BMX forum.
