This A4 board has the photo policy info on one side and in large letters it says "''Please stop taking this photo. Your behaviour makes the person you are photographing uncomfortable. You are disrupting our event, and we ask you to leave now.''" If plenty of riders and stewards have these available, then they can put the board between an inconsiderate photographer and the unwilling subject. We'll see if this works. To make it happen, you'll need to download, and print the signs (and affix them onto two sides of an A4 sized bit of card). Check here shortly for the downloadable sign. Be sure to have somewhere to store the card when you aren't using it during the ride (somewhere where the message won't be broadcast).
