Adding categories to ride location pages

Each ride location page (e.g. Castilian Valladolid, Welsh Cardiff, English London or Texan Houston) should have the following tag at top of its text, with its 'Country=' named as that title on the List of rides. Only in case the ride location line shows (an abbreviation for) a region, state or province, and/or the city/town name in some other language(s): put their rendering behind one extra separating '|':
