The UK World Naked Bike Ride fund meets the cost of insuring rides
across the UK, and provides local organisers with money for
poster/flyer printing, advertising, ride equipment etc.

The ride will assemble at Clacton Pier, Clacton-on-sea.

Dress Code: "Is Nudity mandatory?"

Come as bare as you dare. Nudity makes a great statement, and many of us will be completely naked, but if you're more comfortable in a little clothing, that's fine too. In previous years, riders have worn shorts, bras, swimwear, body paint, wigs, sunglasses etc. Most wear footwear and bring bags to carry clothes. Body painting and adornment, customised bikes and other creative expression are all strongly encouraged.

Local regulations

The following items are not permitted in the town center on roads or on the footpaths.

• No Bells or Horns apart from bicycle Bells & Horns may be used.
• No Loud whistles of any kind may be used in the town center.
• No Loud music.
• No unicycles.
• No skateboard.
• No roller blades.
• No roller skates.
• No scooters.

Bicycles ONLY may be used on this ride as local town laws forbid the use of the above items in the town.

As we need to give this information to the Local Police and the Local Authority in Tendring so that thay can close the roads to trafic on the day of the clacton would naked bike ride.
