Join Cape Town's first (nearly) Naked Bike Ride on the 12th of March. Get involved people!
Suggested Route
Potential route: We convene at the start of the fan walk just underneath the bridge, head down the wonderful cycle lane on Waterkant Street. Turn right into Long Street. We cycle straight down Long st and then turn right into Buiten st and again right into Loop st. Head down Loop st, left into Wale st and right into Bree Street and cycle down this street to meet Waterkant st where we turn left and the cycle is complete!
Publicity
A peaceful, imaginative and fun protest against oil dependency and car culture. A celebration of the bicycle and also a celebration of the power and individuality of the human body. A symbol of the vulnerability of the cyclist in traffic. The world's biggest naked protest: 50+ cities and thousands of riders participate worldwide.
