That being said, extreme tolerance has been demonstrated by Berkeley Police in recent events involving nudity, such as the annual "How Berkeley can you be" parade and the recent "Old Oak" protests. A typical response by the Berkeley police is a good laugh or at worst a rolling of the eyes. Nearby San Francisco has no pre-determined clothing minimums, and both cities seem to receive positive responses to protests involving nudity or not.
